Horyuji

Horyuji is a very famous temple in Nara prefecture. It houses countless treasures of cultural significance. Unfortunately, most of these also have a religious significance to them, so it is morally questionable (as well as forbidden by various signs) to take pictures of them like cheap tourist traps.

Unfortunately in addition to this, the complex was waaaaay too big for me to take building pictures with my camera, so there aren't a lot of building shots.

But the sakura were in full bloom. And that’s mostly what we went to see.
